Information Tables Information Tables will be staffed at several Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Novato, and Santa Rosa hotels from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the day before the first day of program. An area map, restaurant guide, and program brochure will be available. There will also be Information Tables available at the Center near Buildings 4 and 5. Lost and Found Items found can be reported to Information Tables near Building 4 and 5 or Reception Office in Building 7. All lost items may be claimed at the Information Table near Building 4 only.
Meeting Point Those who wish to rejoin their family after satsang may do so at the Meeting Point, located at the back of the Satsang Hall.
Lost and Found Children All lost children should be escorted to the Information Tables near Building 4 and 5 or Reception Office in Building 7. Lost children may be claimed by the parent/guardian at the Information Table near Building 4 only.
Books, Audio and Video (BAV) Sales Sant Mat books, CDs, and DVDs may be purchased in the BAV Sales area in Building 5. BAV will open each day when the Site opens, at 6:30 am, and will remain open until 9:15 am. It will reopen after satsang and will remain open until the Site closes, at 1:00 pm. Payment may be made with cash or check only; credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Special Needs If you are Mobility Impaired, require hearing assistance or have other special needs, please see the Special Needs page for information and the Special Needs Application Form.
First Aid There will be certified sevadars who will attend to persons in need of minor medical attention and first aid. This service will only be available during the hours when the Center is open for satsang. All other cases will be referred to local clinics or hospitals. Visitors are requested to travel with their medical insurance documents and medications and are expected to take care of their own medical requirements.
